Yes! It is completely normal for ice packs to be melted. Melted ice alone does not mean your vaccines have gotten too warm during shipping. As long as they are still cool to the touch they are safe to use.
Yes! Vaccines should never be frozen. We recommend touching the vial to your cheek or neck. If it doesn’t feel warm on this sensitive skin it has remained at a safe temperature during shipping.
