2. When you check out you will need to log in to your account or create a new account.
3. Then you will be asked to provide your pet’s information and your veterinarian’s information.
4. If you have a written prescription and you plan to mail it to us, simply choose the option that you will mail in the prescription yourself. If not, the Revival Animal Health Pharmacy Team will be happy to reach out to your vet clinic for you.
5. Your order will ship once we have a valid prescription from your veterinarian.
