Quad Dewormer

In just one dose, Quad Dewormer removes parasites such as tapeworms, Dipylidium caninum and Taenia pisiformis, hookworms, Ancylostoma caninum and Uncinaria stenocephala, roundworms, Toxocara canis and Toxascaris leonina and whipworms, Trichuris vulpis.

Easy-to-administer chewable oral tablets may be given directly in the dog's mouth or offered in a small amount of food. Made in the USA.

Cautions: Consult your veterinarian before administering the tablets to weak or debilitated animals. Do not deworm a dog or puppy that is sick. Consult your veterinarian for diagnosis and appropriate care.

Side Effects: Isolated incidents of either vomiting, bloody stool or watery/profuse stool have been reported following treatment. If these signs are observed and they persist, consult your veterinarian.

Storage: Store at or below 77°F
Un-blistered whole or partial tablets should be stored in a tightly sealed container.

Fasting is neither necessary nor recommended.

Retreatment: Steps should be taken to control fleas and rodents on the premises in order to prevent reinfection; otherwise, retreatment will be needed. This is especially true for tapeworms that are transmitted by fleas. In these cases reinfection is almost certain to occur if fleas are not removed from the animal and its environment. If reinfection occurs, tapeworm segments may be observed within one month of the initial treatment.

Dosage:
For puppies and small dogs (2 to 25 lb):
Body weight 2 to 4 lb give 0.5 tablet.
Body weight 5 to 7 lb give 1 tablet.
Body weight 8 to 12 lb give 1.5 tablets.
Body weight 13 to 18 lb give 2 tablets.
Body weight 19 to 25 lb give 2.5 tablets.

For medium dogs (26 to 60 lb):
Body weight 26 to 30 lb give 1 tablet.
Body weight 31 to 44 lb give 1.5 tablets.
Body weight 45 to 60 lb give 2 tablets.

For large dogs (45 lb and greater):
Body weight 45 to 60 lb give 1 tablet.
Body weight 61 to 90 lb give 1.5 tablets.
Body weight 91 to 120 lb give 2 tablets.

For use in dogs.
