Next Generation Universal Extender

The dual sugar and nonfat dry milk component of this semen extender is recommended for all A.I. purposes. Semen may be cooled for transport. It may also be used the same day on the farm with or without antibiotics. Kit contains the component parts which, when mixed together, provide 150 ml of extender.

Directions for Equine or Canine Usage:
1. We recommend keeping our extenders at room, ambient temperature of 20° C or 68° F
2. It is important to make sure that the semen and the extender always have like temperatures before mixing to avoid SHOCK
3. Shake contents from the top of this pouch allowing for a clean tear between the pre-set corner notches before pouring all the contents of this pouch into the bottle of water.
4. Replace the cap and invert slowly mixing the powder into the water, let sit 20 minutes prior to use.
5. Recommended Stallion Extension Protocol: 750 million progressively motile sperm extended to a minimum of 5 parts extender to 1 part semen.
6. Recommended Canine Extension Protocol: 4 parts extender to 1 part semen.
7. Leftover reconstituted extender can be stored in the capped bottle in the refrigerator up to 48 hours. For longer storage it can also be frozen in vials for future use.
8. Any of our extenders can be used for freezing semen. Just add egg yoke and glycerol
