Slide the plastic syringe with the cap into the foam thermoregulating sleeve.
Lay the dose into the bottom of the foam box.
Lay a white foam plate on the top of the semen doses.
Set the cooling pack on top of the white foam plate.
Put the lid on the foam box and put that box into the included cardboard box.
Slide a wire tie (not included) through the two holes on the bottom of the cardboard box.

Research has shown that shipping a larger dose volume and then centrifuging off the supernatant upon arrival is highly effective, although, make sure the receiving facility has the capability to properly handle and centrifuge the semen.
