The durable nylon webbing on both the collar and the leash is brightly colored, will not fade and is washable. Each leash has a tensile strength of 450 lb and features a loop handle, a built-in swivel to prevent twisting and a bolt snap that easily attaches to the collar D-ring. Each collar can be adjusted to neck sizes up to 24".

Collar Instructions: For dogs, measure the neck allowing two fingers between the neck and collar. For puppies, measure the neck and allow for growth of the puppy's neck. To permanently adjust the size of the collar, simply cut the collar using a sharp scissors in one clean cut to avoid fraying. Carefully and quickly touch the cut end of the collar to a hot surface such as a flame or an iron to melt the nylon fibers to close the end. Let the melted end cool before using. Remove any excessive soil or feces. Wash with mild soap and lay flat to dry. Do not dry in a hot dryer.
Leash Instructions: Before each use, inspect the leash for signs of chewing or damage. Connect the bolt snap to the D-ring on the collar. For the first few uses, let the pet drag the leash around their space while you are supervising. Gently encourage with treats or toys to make training fun. Introduce collars and leashes at an early age to minimize stress to the pet. Always supervise when using a leash. Hand or machine washable. To hand wash use warm soapy water and scrub with a brush to remove any debris. Rinse well and hang to dry. Do not dry in a hot dryer.
