Fill Out All Pet Prescription Information
The information we need includes your pet’s name, species, your name, veterinarian name and contact information, along with the name of the prescription. Whether you order online or through a Pet Care Pro on the phone, we need this information in order to contact your veterinarian for a prescription. The more complete the information is, the faster we can get your order on its way.
Request Pet Prescription Refills Early
Much like human doctors, veterinarians have busy schedules. When it comes time to refill a pet prescription, it is good to request the medication before you are out or nearly out, especially for chronic disease medications. A good rule of thumb is to start a renewal request when you still have at least 10 to 14 days of medication left. That way, if a new prescription is needed, it gives us time to reach your veterinarian.
Follow Up in Urgent Cases
If you find yourself in urgent need of a new pet prescription for your dog or cat, call your vet clinic to communicate the situation. It can help speed up the process if your veterinarian also knows about the urgency and the reasons behind it. Your veterinarian can contact us by phone, fax, or email rx@revivalanimal.com.
